All workshops will be assigned by the Gathering Committee

Please note that because space is limited and the room needs arrangement based on the number of participants per workshop, the committee will assign workshops this year. Please DO NOT contact the instructor directly to register. Use this form instead.

How workshops are assigned

Workshop registrations are made as “first-come first served” basis as long as registration payment has been received in full.

Please pick 3 choices for every workshops time slot. There are day and a half workshops, Saturday only workshops and Sunday only workshops.
