Cancellation Policy

A refund of your registration fee (minus a $25 administration charge) will be given provided you notify us by February 1, 2025. Any refunds after this date will depend on the hotel cancellation terms and any cost incurred up to the date of cancellation. If you must cancel, please advise Patti Thorne (Registrar) by email. If a refund is in order, we will reimburse you. To avoid incurring any bank charges to the committee and yourself, please do not put a stop payment on any cheque that you have sent us. In-person Gathering Cancellation due to Covid. There is always the possibility we may be forced to move the Gathering online if there is a change in Covid protocols. If this should happen, we will contact you for your preference to attend online or opt out. You will receive the appropriate refund.
